Cancellation Policy
At Minhas Collections, we understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we allow order cancellations under the terms below:
Order Cancellation Window
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped yet.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
When Cancellation is Not Possible
If your order is already dispatched or in transit, it cannot be cancelled.
Customized, made-to-order, or sale items cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
Refunds on Cancelled Orders
If you cancel your order within the allowed time, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are simply marked as cancelled in our system.
