Cancellation Policy

At Minhas Collections, we understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we allow order cancellations under the terms below:

Order Cancellation Window

• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped yet.

• Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

When Cancellation is Not Possible

• If your order is already dispatched or in transit, it cannot be cancelled.

• Customized, made-to-order, or sale items cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

Refunds on Cancelled Orders

• If you cancel your order within the allowed time, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are simply marked as cancelled in our system.
